All sales are final. Because each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, CK Art Gallery does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the artwork has been viewed in person and approved by the buyer. The only exception is damage or breakage reported by Photo and video in writing within 72 hours of delivery. If no claim is received within that period, the artwork will be considered accepted in good condition. Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects. Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has commenced.
